La cancion "Wind of Change" del grupo Scorpions fue compuesta por el vocalista de la banda Klaus Meine, y fue Nº1 en 11 países de Europa y Nº4 en el Billboard Hot 100 de los Estados Unidos.
Es la balada de mas éxito del grupo, superando incluso al famoso tema "Still Loving You".
Scorpions, espectacular banda alemana de Hard Rock / Heavy Metal formada en Hannover en 1965 con el nombre de "Nameless". Luego cambio a "The Scorpions", hasta que en 1969 pasaron a llamarse "Scorpions". Además fue el primer grupo de Hard Rock nacido en Alemania.
La revista "Rolling Stone" puso en el puesto Nº2 al tema "Wind of Change" en la lista de las 15 Mejores Canciones Silbando de Todos los Tiempos
