Letra / Lyrics
It is the evening of the day
I sit and watch the children play
Smiling faces I can see
But not for me
I sit and watch
As tears go by
My riches can't buy everything
I want to hear the children sing
All I hear is the sound
Of rain falling on the ground
I sit and watch
As tears go by
It is the evening of the day
I sit and watch the children play
Doin' things I used to do
They think are new
I sit and watch
As tears go by
I sit and watch the children play
Smiling faces I can see
But not for me
I sit and watch
As tears go by
My riches can't buy everything
I want to hear the children sing
All I hear is the sound
Of rain falling on the ground
I sit and watch
As tears go by
It is the evening of the day
I sit and watch the children play
Doin' things I used to do
They think are new
I sit and watch
As tears go by

Letra / Lyrics
Loneliness is the cloak you wear
A deep shade of blue is always there
The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The moon ain't gonna rise in the sky
The tears are always clouding your eyes
When you're without love, baby
Emptiness is the place you're in
Nothin' to lose but no more to win
The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The moon ain't gonna rise in the sky
The tears are always clouding your eyes
When you're without love
Lonely, without you, baby
Girl, I need you
I can't go on
The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The moon ain't gonna rise in the sky
The tears are always clouding your eyes
When you're without love, baby
The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
Loneliness is the cloak you wear

Strangers in the night
Exchanging glances
Wondering in the night
What were the changes
We'be sharing love
Before the night was thru
Something in your eyes was so inviting
Something in your smile was so exciting
Something in my heart told me i must have you
Strangers in the night
Two lonely people
We was strangers in the night
up to the moment
When we said our first hello
Little did we know
Love was just a glance away
Worm, embrace and dance away
Never since that night we've been together
Lovers at first sight
In love forever
It turn out so right
For strangers in the night
Love was just a glance away
Worm, embrace and dance away
Exchanging glances
Wondering in the night
What were the changes
We'be sharing love
Before the night was thru
Something in your eyes was so inviting
Something in your smile was so exciting
Something in my heart told me i must have you
Strangers in the night
Two lonely people
